# ¿Por qué no puedo comprar crédito de SMS?

Para poder comprar crédito de SMS, tu cuenta debe cumplir ciertas condiciones:  
1. Tu cuenta debe estar activa desde hace al menos una semana  
2. Haber creado al menos 3 tarifas  
3. Haber creado al menos 3 sesiones  

Después podrás comprar créditos de SMS para tu cuenta en [Mensajería > Configuración > Créditos SMS](https://www.fotostudio.io/app/mobile_messages/credit_amount) o [Mi cuenta > Créditos SMS](https://www.fotostudio.io/app/mobile_messages/credit_amount).
