# Pourquoi je ne peux pas acheter de crédit SMS ?

Pour pouvoir acheter du crédit SMS, votre compte utilisateur doit respecter certaines conditions : 
1. Lo compte doit être actif depuis au moins une semaine
2. Avoir créé au moins 3 tarifs 
3. Avoir créé au moins 3 séances 

Ensuite, vous pourrez acheter des crédits SMS pour votre compte dans [Messagerie > Paramètres > Crédits SMS](https://www.fotostudio.io/app/mobile_messages/credit_amount) ou [Mon compte > Crédits SMS](https://www.fotostudio.io/app/mobile_messages/credit_amount)
