# Perché non posso acquistare credito SMS?

Per poter acquistare credito SMS, il tuo account deve rispettare alcune condizioni:  
1. Il tuo account deve essere attivo da almeno una settimana  
2. Aver creato almeno 3 listini  
3. Aver creato almeno 3 sessioni  

Dopodiché potrai acquistare crediti SMS per il tuo account in [Messaggistica > Impostazioni > Crediti SMS](https://www.fotostudio.io/app/mobile_messages/credit_amount) o [Il mio account > Crediti SMS](https://www.fotostudio.io/app/mobile_messages/credit_amount).
