# Waarom kan ik geen SMS-tegoed kopen?

Om SMS-tegoed te kunnen kopen, moet je account aan de volgende voorwaarden voldoen:  
1. Je account is al minstens een week actief  
2. Minstens 3 prijslijsten hebben aangemaakt  
3. Minstens 3 sessies hebben aangemaakt  

Daarna kun je SMS-tegoed kopen voor je account in [Berichten > Instellingen > SMS kredieten](https://www.fotostudio.io/app/mobile_messages/credit_amount) of [Mijn account > SMS kredieten](https://www.fotostudio.io/app/mobile_messages/credit_amount).
