How to customize the information requested from your client before contract signing?
The standard data that Fotostudio requires for the signing of a contract include: name, surname, email, phone number, and address. In the absence of one or more of these pieces of information, a window will be offered to the client to fill them in before opening the contract.
It's possible to customize the information requested by Fotostudio from your client before the signing, using a contact form.
To start, create a specific form in Settings > Modules > Contact Forms with the data you want. You can also integrate custom fields.
Then, you need to associate this form with the contract in Settings > Data > Contract Templates
Your client will thus need to complete this form before signing, and you can incorporate the entered data into the contract via the corresponding variables.
