If you have multiple activities under the same company, you can easily manage them in Fotostudio using visual identities.

You can also use different identities if you want to customize the client interface depending on the type of photo service.

Set up main identity

Your main identity information is configured in My Account > My Profile and My Account > My Activity.

Create a secondary visual identity

In My Account > Customization you can create different visual identities.

When creating it, you can choose a name, email address, and website.

You can define for each identity:

• Branding
• Client interface
• Email design
• Signature

Branding

Here you define the identity's branding: logo and main color used in the client interface, emails, and documents.

You can also define a secondary color for use in Fotostudio's text editor.

Client interface

You can customize the client interface for each visual identity, for example if you have different activities or want a different design for your different shootings.

Email

Here you can define your email design and the signature to use.

Email design

You can select the font to use and enable the "colored background + logo" option.

If enabled, emails will have a custom design: background = main color, text centered in a white frame, logo on top.

Otherwise, emails will be plain text on a white background.

Signature

You can also define the signature to use for the visual identity, choosing a pre-defined template or your custom signature.
