You have the option to use a questionnaire to request image rights from your clients.

Create the questionnaire

You can create your questionnaire in Settings > Data > Survey Templates.

You can ask questions like:

• Can I publish your photos on Facebook?
• On Instagram?
• Tag you?
• Publish photos of children?
• etc.

Link the questionnaire to a contract

In Settings > Data > Contract & Terms and Conditions Templates, when you create or modify a contract, you'll find a field "Associated questionnaire". You simply choose your image rights questionnaire.

How it works

When you send this contract to a client, the image rights questionnaire will be displayed first, then the contract. The questionnaire's responses will be displayed at the end of the contract just before the signature box.
