How to associate a viewing session with a shoot?
Many photographers take advantage of viewing sessions to sell additional products related to their shoot. Find out how to do this in Fotostudio.
There are two ways to proceed:
You can simply create an appointment with the date of the viewing session. To do this, go to the contact's file, tab "Agenda", then click the Add an appointment button.
At this location, you can decide to send an automatic reminder email the day before the appointment.
The disadvantage is that it will not be easy to sell products in this way.
The advantage is that you can have a quote and invoices for your products in this new shoot, as well as a specific workflow.
First, you need to create a specific type of shoot for your viewing sessions in Settings > Data > Types of shoot with the parameters you wish.

Then, in the file of a shoot, you will find the button Add an associated shoot that will allow you to create the viewing shoot by selecting the correct type of shoot. Remember to uncheck the option "Use the main shoot for the contract and billing" so you can create quotes and invoices in this new shoot.
