How to create a voucher / promo code?

You can create a discount in the form of a voucher to share with your clients so they can apply it on a booking.

To create a new voucher, go to Settings > Modules > Vouchers.

Then choose:

• the voucher code
• the number of vouchers available
• the type of discount: fixed amount or percentage
• the validity period
• the discount amount

Vouchers can be used by the client in 2 places:

• in your online bookings
• when you ask the client to choose their rate (see the article How to ask my client to choose their rate?)

If you create a custom quote for a client, you can apply a discount without creating a voucher (see the article How to apply a discount on a quote or invoice? )
