If you have multiple activities under the same company, you can easily manage them in Fotostudio using visual identities.

You can also use different identities if you want to customize the client interface depending on the type of photo service.

Set up main identity

Your main identity information is configured in My Account > My Profile and My Account > My Activity.

Create a secondary visual identity

In My Account > Customization, you can create different visual identities.

When creating it, you can choose a name, email address, and website.

You can then define for each identity:

• branding
• client interface
• email design
• signature

Branding

Here you can define the identity's branding: the logo (maximum 400x400 px) and main color that will be used in the client interface, emails, and documents.

You can also define a second color, which you will find in the Fotostudio text editor.

Client interface

You can customize the client interface for each visual identity, for example if you have different activities or want a different design for your different shootings.

Email

Here you can define your email design and the signature to use.

Email design

You can select the font to use in your emails and enable the "colored background + logo" option.

If you enable this option, your emails will have a custom design: the background color will be your main color and the text will be in a centered white frame. Your logo will be displayed at the top of this frame.

Otherwise, your emails will be plain text on a white background.

Signature

You can also define the signature to use for the visual identity, choosing between a pre-defined template or your custom signature.
