What are email templates used for?

Email templates allow you to save valuable time by avoiding having to rewrite the same emails for all your clients or doing copy/paste.

You can create a template once (for example, "Pre-session Information") that you can then send to your contacts via their file or via automated emails.

Email templates are also used by Fotostudio for automated emails (sending quotes, invoices, contracts, etc.). You can modify the content of these templates to adapt the text but not delete them.
