Why am I no longer receiving notification emails from Fotostudio?

It may happen that you no longer receive the notification emails that Fotostudio sends (quote validated, contract signed, new request from the contact form, etc.).

Check your spams



First, we invite you to check in your spams if our emails are not there. If this is the case, consider moving them to your inbox and adding our address to your contacts to avoid the problem for future emails.

If our emails do not appear in your spams



It is possible that our email provider has blocked your address. This can happen, for example, if you have marked one of our emails as spam. In this case, we invite you to contact us via the chat at the bottom right so that we can unblock your address with our email provider.

Tip: all the notifications that you receive by email also appear in the "Notifications" tab (bell icon 🔔 at the top right of your Fotostudio account).
