Why and how to archive a contact?

In Fotostudio, you have the option to archive a contact.

Why archive a contact?

As your activity grows, you will accumulate a large number of contacts. It can be useful for better organization to sort through and thus archive contacts that are no longer needed to lighten your database.

How to archive a contact?

In the file of the contact you wish to archive, you will find an Archive button at the bottom of the left column.

Where to find all the archived contacts?

Once archived, a contact is no longer visible in the Contacts and Prospects menus.

To find your list of archived contacts, just go to the Contacts menu and choose "Archived" from the list at the top right that allows you to filter your contacts.

You can also search for an archived contact by name in the search field at the top right of your account.

How to reactivate a contact?

It may happen that you wish to reactivate an archived contact.

To do this, you can find the archived contact by following the previous step.

In their client file, you will find a Reactivate button at the bottom of the left column.

Archiving a contact will also archive all shoots associated with that contact. To learn more, see the article Why and how to archive a shoot?.
