Why and how to archive a shoot?

In Fotostudio, you have the option to archive a shoot.

Why archive a shoot?

As your activity grows, you will accumulate a large number of shoots. It can be useful for better organization to sort through and thus archive shoots that are no longer needed to lighten your database. This includes past shoots, or shoots that are not going to take place.

How to archive a shoot?

In the file of the shoot you wish to archive, you will find an Archive button at the bottom of the left column.

Where to find all the archived shoots?

Once archived, a shoot is no longer visible in the Shoots menu.

To find your list of archived shoots, simply hover your mouse over the Shoots menu and choose Archived from the list that allows you to filter your shoots by status.

You can also search for an archived shoot by its name in the search field at the top right of your account, or in the "Agenda" tab of the associated contact's file.

How to reactivate a shoot?

It may happen that you wish to reactivate an archived shoot.

To do this, you can find the archived shoot by following the previous step.

In its shoot file, you will find a Reactivate button at the bottom of the left column.
