Why can't I use all the email templates?
The "fotostudio" email templates (marked in purple in the template list) are used by the platform and are linked to specific actions.
For example, the "fotostudio" quotation sending template will always be used when you want to send a quote. You cannot manually send this template from a client's file because you would not be able to link the quote to this email.
To send this quote, you just need to use the Actions > Send button next to the quote.
The main thing to remember is that "fotostudio" templates must be sent via specific buttons and not directly from the client file.
