Why do all my clients receive my emails in spam?

Receiving emails can be complicated depending on the inbox used by the client. Indeed, each provider (Gmail, Hotmail, OVH, etc.) has its own anti-spam policy.

Hotmail, for example, is known to have an excessive anti-spam policy, and there is a high chance that your emails will end up in spam at Hotmail, whether you use Fotostudio or not.

You also have a simple way to see if your clients are receiving your emails or not, by checking the "read / unread" status in the Emails menu that lists all the emails you have sent from Fotostudio.

Then, it is ideal to configure your own email address for sending emails from Fotostudio, otherwise the no-reply@fotostudio address will be used, and it is more likely to end up in spam than your own address. Finally, the content of your emails is very important and can explain why your email ends up in spam with a client. Avoid, for example, attachments that are too large, texts in several colors, emojis, etc.

Test your address



To test your email, you can use the Mail Tester tool. On this page, you will find an email address. Create a contact in Fotostudio with this email address and send your email to it. Your score will then appear on the Mail Tester page.
