Why is my email marked as unread even though my client has read it?
Every time one of your emails is displayed by your client, a small invisible image is loaded, which allows us to consider the email as read, because it has been opened.
However, some people and/or some email software block the display of images when reading an email. In this case, our image is never loaded and we cannot know if the email has been read.
This "unread" data is therefore not 100% reliable.
On the other hand, the "link clicked" status is 100% reliable. You will always know if your client has looked at your quote, invoice, contract, or questionnaire.
