Configure the Viewing module and collections
Module Configuration
To activate the module, go to Settings > Modules, section Sale & Commerce. Look for Viewing and sale, click Activate, then reload the page.
Go to Viewing module settings (Modules menu > Viewing).
At the top of this page, two quick shortcuts:
- "Start a session": directly launch a viewing session for an existing client session
- "Manage sold collections": opens the catalog of your collections
Set your default values
Default values apply by default to all your viewing sessions.
You can then adjust them session by session without ever touching your account default.

1. Digital photo pack
If you sell digital files in addition to physical ones, activate Offer a digital photo pack. Fill in:
- the number of photos included in the base pack
- additional tiers if needed (e.g. +5 photos at a certain price, +10 at another) — leave the list empty to only offer per-unit purchase
- the per-unit price beyond the quota
2. Identity, music and catalog
Visual identity: logo and color used during the session (opening and closing cards of the slideshow, start screen background). By default, your main identity.
Music: choose a track from your built-in library (search by title, genre, mood), or several chained together in a playlist. Directly on the viewing you can also import your own MP3.
3. Slideshow
Choose the text font (the same Google Fonts as those of your graphic identity), as well as the default texts of the opening card (session name, client name, date) and the closing card (thank-you message).
4. My default lists
In addition to the Love / Like / No rating (which is exclusive: a photo has only one of these three statuses), you can create selection lists to sort your photos according to their final use. A photo can belong to several lists at the same time.
Create here the lists you want to find automatically in each new session (e.g. "Album selection", "Free prints"): name, color, and a maximum quota if you don't want the list to exceed a certain number of photos.
These lists are only offered on a session that has not yet started (no rating or cart saved). As soon as you actually interact with one of them during a real session, it becomes specific to that session, editable or deletable without touching your defaults.
5. Catalogs
Catalog of products offered during the session: choose whether your client can be offered all your active products or only those from a specific price catalog (handy if you have different catalogs depending on the type of client or session).
Customize a specific session type
Below the global defaults, a section lists your session types (wedding, birth...). Open the one you want to adapt: it takes a copy of the global settings as a starting point, editable independently. A Return to global defaults button cancels this customization at any time.

Configure products and collections
Configure a product with frame or floater frame
This setting is done directly in your usual product catalog (Modules > Pricing) (it only appears if the module is activated on your account)
- Open your product, in the table of its variants (you must have created at least one variant, e.g. size 20×30).
- A Frame column is visible: click the icon to open the configuration of that specific variant.

- Choose the style:
- No frame (default)
- Classic frame: color (presets or free) + width of the visible molding (in cm)
- Floater frame: color of the sides/edge + width of any thin floating frame + stretcher depth, which modulates the intensity of the drop shadow generated in the module

- Add a mat if needed (width + color), available for both styles.
- Check Apply this frame to all variants of this product if you want to avoid repeating the configuration size by size.
This setting is purely visual: no impact on the price, quotes or invoices. It automatically applies everywhere this product is used during a viewing session (real-size projection, room view, collections).
Create your sold collections
A collection is a grouping of several photos into a single visual (triptych, image wall...), which you then offer in one or several variants (different sizes/prices for the same layout).
1. Create the group
From Viewing > Sold collections > Manage collections > New collection:
- Name of the collection (e.g. "Prestige trilogy")
- Status: active or not (an inactive collection is offered in no session)
- Availability: relevant session types, or leave everything unchecked to offer it to all session types

A first variant is created automatically, and you are redirected to its editor.
2. Compose the visual of each variant
Each variant is a totally independent composition (its own visual, its own openings, its own price): you can
