How does the subscription auto-renewal work?

Your Fotostudio subscription will automatically renew at the end of the subscribed period.

Automatic renewal may fail if (non-exhaustive list):
you do not have a credit card registered on your account
your credit card has expired
you do not have the necessary funds
your bank has blocked the payment

If the renewal fails once, the payment request will not be resent. You will need to manually select a subscription in Settings > My Account > My Subscription.

It is possible that the renewal will not occur if you have multiple credit cards registered in Settings > My Account > My Cards. We recommend deleting unnecessary cards so that only one remains.

What happens if I do not renew my subscription on time?



You will receive an email notifying you that the renewal has failed and that your account is blocked. This means that you will still have access to your account to subscribe to a new subscription or to retrieve your data. However, you will not be able to create anything on your account.

If you exceed 7 days without a subscription, your account will be disabled. This means that you will no longer have access to your account and your data unless you subscribe to a new subscription.

Your data will be kept until you subscribe to a new subscription.
