Is it possible to cancel / pause my subscription?

It is not possible to cancel a subscription or receive a refund once the legal 14-day period has passed.

However, we do allow pausing a subscription in case of long-term sick leave or maternity leave.

For this, you can contact us via the chat at the bottom right of your account.

If your subscription is paused, you will no longer have access to your account and data.
