Do you want the session contract to be signed by both members of the couple? Or by both parents of a child? No problem.

In the shoot

On the page of a shoot, in the Other contacts card, click Add to link a second contact to this shoot.

A connection cannot be linked to a shoot, so it cannot appear in a contract. Only a contact can. For more information, see the article What is the difference between a connection and a contact?

Each other contact you add has an orange Not in the contract badge. Click it: it turns green, This contact will be included in the contract, and this contact appears in the contract (contact details and signature box).

Each contact linked to the shoot will have their own signature box in the contract. The contract is only validated once everyone has signed.

The signers don't need to sign at the same time. All the signature boxes appear on the contract opened with the main contact's link. Each person signs their box and clicks Send, and the contract is marked "Partially signed" while waiting for the other signatures. Note: a co-signer cannot open the contract with their own link until it is fully signed. Once signed, each signer finds it in their client area and receives it as a PDF by email.

In the contract

The contact detail variables in the contract (such as {lastname}, {firstname}, {phone}, etc.) only concern the main contact.

To insert the details of everyone linked to the shoot, replace the contact detail variables with the {clients} variable.

You can make this change either in this contract only (by editing it from the shoot page), or in your contract template in Templates > Contracts & terms of business.

In general, we recommend using only the {clients} variable in your contracts. It adapts to the number of contacts linked to the shoot.
