Complete Guide to the "Fotostudio" Text Editor and Email Design

Thanks to a new visual, intuitive, and customizable text editor, say goodbye to messy copy-pasting, fonts changing in every email, or ugly links to your quotes. Here we explain step by step how to set everything up and make the most of it.

🔧 Email Design


  1. In My Account > Customization you can personalize your logo and primary color, which will be used in your emails


  1. In the "Email" tab you can define:
  • The font to use in emails
  • Whether to enable the design or not (if enabled, the email will have your primary color as background and the logo as header; if disabled, it will be text + signature only)
  • The signature to use: multiple templates available or you can use your custom signature



  1. If the design is enabled, when you send an email you can see a preview of the email design

Once the design is enabled:

  • Your emails will have a colored background (your primary color)
  • Links in your templates (quotes, invoices, etc.) will be turned into stylized clickable buttons
  • Your logo will be displayed automatically
  • The font used will be the one you set in your branding


🔧 The New Fotostudio Text Editor


  1. In My Account > Customization > Application > Text Editor you will now find the new "Fotostudio" editor
  2. After activating it, you can use it for your email texts, contracts, workflows, etc.


✏️ Use the new editor for your templates


Once the editor is activated, you can use it to easily customize your email and contract templates.

To do this, go to Data Templates > Email or Data Templates > Contracts.

Then select the template you want to edit and click the Edit content button: the editor opens full-screen, with a clear preview and all layout options at your disposal.

  • No more manual font selection = guaranteed consistency


📦 Use blocks to structure your emails and documents


The big new feature of this editor is the addition of dynamic blocks. Here are the available ones:


Image block: choose an image from your library. In the settings, you can define whether the image should link to a URL, alignment, rounded corners, and width.

Gallery block: add three images side by side with customizable links. The design is flexible: adjust spacing, rounded corners, etc.

Button block: create a real button by defining the link, color, and text.

Separator block: customize color, width, and thickness of the line to visually structure your content.

Session / Promo block: highlight a photo session or promotion by combining text, image, and button.

HTML block: for advanced users, insert custom HTML code compatible with dynamic variables.


✅ For each block, you can set parameters as default values


Previously, pasting content from Word or websites often caused problems: broken styles, unnecessary tags, wrong fonts, making the editor difficult to use.

Now, text is automatically cleaned when pasting. Only content and line breaks are kept, ensuring clean formatting that is easy to edit.

No more layout or unreadable code issues!


💾 Saving & Publishing


At the top of the editor, you have two options:

  • Save as draft: your changes are saved but not published
  • Publish: makes this template active for all future sends or documents


Auto-save is enabled: no risk of losing changes if you close the editor
