Your contact details and legal information

In Fotostudio, there are several places where you can set up your contact details and legal information.

Basic information

In My account > My profile, you can enter your contact details (first name, last name, email, website, etc.), choose the avatar shown at the bottom of the menu, change your password and adjust your regional settings.

Legal information about your business

In My account > My company, you can enter your trade name, address, VAT number, company registration number, etc. The screen is organized into sections: Legal identity, Tax, Address, Bank, Communication and, in France, Legal notices.

In France, the SIRET and the VAT number (unless you are VAT-exempt) are required to leave training mode and create real invoices.

This site lets you check whether your EU VAT number is valid (especially for electronic invoicing): https://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/vies/#/vat-validationYour VAT number should normally start with your country prefix, followed by around ten digits (no spaces or other characters).

You can also set the SMS sender in the Communication section, SMS sender name field (capital letters without spaces, 11 characters maximum).

Warning: using a custom name may get your messages blocked or not delivered, depending on the recipient's country or mobile carrier. For maximum deliverability, leave this field empty.

Changing your tax information / company country

To change certain information (such as your company's country or its registration number), you'll need to contact support, who will make the change for you.
