Thanks to a new visual, intuitive and customizable text editor, say goodbye to messy copy-pasting, fonts that change in every email or ugly links to your quotes. Here we explain step by step how to set everything up and make the most of it.

🔧 Email design

1. In My account > My brand, Brand section, you can customize your logo and your primary color, which are used in your emails

2. In the Emails section you can set:

• The font used in emails
• Whether or not to enable the design, with the "Email design (colored background + logo)" option (if enabled, the email has your primary color as background and your logo as header; if disabled, it's just text + signature)
• The background and text colors, and the button style
• The signature to use: several templates available, or you can use your own custom signature

3. If the design is enabled, you can see a preview of the email design when you send an email

Once the design is enabled:

• Your emails have a colored background (your primary color)
• Links in your templates (quotes, invoices, etc.) are turned into styled clickable buttons
• Your logo is displayed automatically
• The font used is the one you set in your brand

🔧 The new Fotostudio text editor

1. In My account > My profile > Preferences > Text editor, you'll find the new "Fotostudio" editor
2. Once it's activated, you can use it for your email texts, contracts, workflows, etc.

✏️ Use the new editor for your templates

Once the editor is activated, you can use it to easily customize your email and contract templates.
To do this, go to Templates > Emails or Templates > Contracts & terms of business.
Then select the template you want to edit and click the Edit content button: the editor opens full screen, with a clear preview and all the layout options at hand.

Interface:

• Left: editing area
• Right: live preview
• Font applied automatically according to your settings
• No more manual font choices = guaranteed consistency

📦 Use blocks to structure your emails and documents

The big new feature of this editor is dynamic blocks, added with the Insert block button. Here are the available ones:

Image block: choose an image from your library. In the settings, you can set whether the image links to a URL, its alignment, rounded corners and width.
Gallery block: add three images side by side with customizable links. The design is flexible: you can adjust spacing, rounded corners, etc.
Button block: create a real button by setting the link, color and text.
Separator block: customize the color, width and thickness of the line to visually structure your content.
Session / promo block: highlight a photo session or a promotion by combining text, image and button.
HTML block: for the more technical, insert custom HTML code, compatible with dynamic variables.
And also: video, columns, spacing and table.

✅ For each block you can save the settings as default values

Now the text is cleaned automatically when pasted. Only the content and line breaks are kept, which guarantees clean formatting that is easy to edit.
No more layout trouble or unreadable code!

💾 Saving & publishing

At the top of the editor, you have two options:

• Save without publishing: your changes are saved as a draft, but not published
• Publish: makes this template active for all future sends or documents
