Just signed up for Fotostudio and feeling a bit lost? Here are some tips to get you started.

Follow the "Launch your business" card and the getting started guide

On your dashboard, the Launch your business card guides you step by step: try the client journey by sending yourself a quote, switch to live mode, send your first offer, then check your types of sessions, add your logo, send from your own address and adjust your packages.

As soon as your first offer reaches a client (a quote or the choice of your packages, sent in live mode), we add a free month to your account. Your account starts in training mode: an offer sent in training mode or to your own address doesn't count.

We also provide a getting started guide with the key first steps to set up your account.

Our YouTube videos

Our YouTube channel offers numerous videos to help you understand how Fotostudio works and to discover new features.

We also have a "Starting with Fotostudio.io" playlist.

The help center & support

Our help center has many answers to your questions. You can search it with keywords to easily find an article that matches your query. It also opens from the Help menu in your account.

Our support team is also available via the chat in the bottom right corner of your account. Don't hesitate to reach out!

Attend a demo

A few days after you sign up, you will receive an email inviting you to join a free demo to discover how Fotostudio works. Several time slots are available each week.

Coaching session

If you still have difficulties, unanswered questions, or simply want to move faster, we offer personalized coaching packages of 2 or 4 hours via video call with a team member. You can book your package at the bottom of the My subscription page, in My account (your avatar at the bottom of the menu).
