Your contact details and legal informations
In Fotostudio, there are several places where you can set up your contact details and legal information.
In Settings > My Account > My Profile, you can enter your contact details (first name, last name, email, website, etc.) as well as the signature to be inserted in all emails you send via Fotostudio.
In Settings > My Account > My Business, you can enter your trade name, address, VAT number, etc.
You can also configure a default comment that will appear at the end of your quotes and invoices. Add all the mandatory statements you want to appear on your documents.
For example:
A VAT exemption
Late payment penalties
etc.
It's also on this page that you can choose your logo (which will appear on your quotes and invoices, as well as on the client interface) and your primary color (which will appear on the client interface).
