Cheeese is a virtual assistant integrated into Fotostudio that allows you to perform certain actions quickly from a single interface.

It enables you to create elements in your account, find existing information, or send emails without having to navigate through the different modules of the platform.

How to Access Cheeese

To open the assistant:

1. Log in to your Fotostudio account.
2. In the top bar of the interface, click on the 🪄 icon located on the left, next to the notifications.

The Cheeese assistant will then open in a window where you can enter your request.

What Actions Can Cheeese Perform

Cheeese can currently help you perform several common tasks in Fotostudio.

Contact Management

• Create a contact
• Search for a contact

Session Management

• Create a session

Quotes

• Create a quote, using:
• your already recorded rates
• or rates entered directly during creation
• Display the last quote of a contact

Invoicing

• Search for an invoice by its number

Emails

• Send an email to a contact using the name or title of an email template recorded in Fotostudio

How Cheeese Works

Cheeese interprets the requests you enter in the assistant and executes the corresponding action in Fotostudio.

It uses the information already present in your account, such as:

• your contacts
• your rates
• your email templates
• your quotes and invoices

Current Limitations

Cheeese is a feature still under development. Not all Fotostudio actions are yet available through the assistant.

New features may be gradually added to automate more tasks and simplify the use of the platform.
