• Is it possible to cancel / pause my subscription?

  It is not possible to cancel a subscription or receive a refund once the legal 14-day period has passed. However, we do allow pausing a subscription in case of long-term sick leave or maternity leave. For this, you can contact us via the chat at the bottom right of your account.
